- Provide community living with 24-hour staff for seniors requiring minimal care.
- Provide a home-like setting for our community neighbors, rather than an institutional atmosphere
- Assist our neighbors by providing assistance with ADL’s, medication administration, meals, housekeeping and laundry service and assure policies of Home Office and regulation of DHSS are complied with

- A small facility providing care for 12 senior adults who are ambulatory
